Pictures of Jackman and an update

This past week Bryan flew out to Indiana to interview at a dental school there. He feels like it went really well. They interview 220 applicants and will send out 100 acceptance letters. So his chances are pretty good. He says that if he doesn't get in it won't be because he didn't interview well. We are jut hoping and praying now. But we won't find out until at least December 1st whether of not he is accepted.
I know Bryan was really nervous going out there, but i was a wreck too! I couldn't sleep that night, which is not good because i am always tired during the day anyway. I stayed up rearranging our living room. But on the bright side, i do think our apartment looks better now! The only downside to the new arrangement is that Jackson has a clear view of the phone (which he LOVES to play with) so now we have to try to keep him away from that. He is pulling himself along so well now! He can get across our living room no problem. Actually, i had left him in his room the other day to go to the washroom and when i came out he was almost at the door waiting for me. It's a bit chaotic as he starts getting into everything and pulling all the movies down on himself. But hey, they're only this age once so why not try to enjoy it.
Other than Bryan's interview, life is pretty normal. We were able to get Jackson in for his seasonal and H1N1 flu shots. I'm really thankful for that because they've run out of the vaccines for Bryan and I. Now i feel a bit more at ease about taking Jackson out to the grocery store and such.
Oh, one more exciting thing is that Jackson has now taken two half and half bottles! (half formula). I am so excited! I'd hoped to have him on formula about a month ago but he hated it! So we've been trying to slowly work him up and he's doing really good right now. I'm really crossing my fingers that he keeps it up. Maybe in the next month or so he can become a formula baby!

Here's a picture of Jackson in the middle of the living room. Grandma Schaalje sent him the toy phone beside him. I was trying to get a picture of him playing with it for her, but he got too distracted by the camera
There we go! He grabbed it and was trying to "crawl" towards me without putting it down. So cute!
He made it too me! You can see my pant leg in the bottom left corner.
Our little guy loves to sleep on his tummy! We always lay him down on his back, but when we go to check on him not too much later he is always on his tummy! My favorite thing is that recently he has taken to tucking his knees up when he sleeps so his little bum is in the air. I think it is so adorable!
What a cute tushie! :)
