The Waiting Game

For some reason my original post of this was deleted last night, so here goes round 2! It will be better anyway since i had my check-up today.
I am now 39 weeks and 2 days preggo- thats right, only 5 days left till my due date! wowza! I hate how the end seems to go by so quickly and so slowly at the same time. I was induced with Jackson at 41 weeks, and the same will go for this girlie if she doesnt come on her own before then. I've already talked to my np about being induced a day or two early so my mom can have the maximum number of days out here to serve me (or maybe just play with jackson and make him feel like he still has a ton of attention for an extra couple of weeks). I probably wont get induced early because everything is going fine and they have no reason to. Though maybe if i go another week without gaining any weight they'll consider baby a possible failure to thrive and get her out?!?! here's hoping i guess.
I got checked today and am now 2cm dilated! yahoo! I am so pumped! I did not dilate one bit with jackman. The NP said she tried to strip my membranes a bit, so who knows, tonight could be the night. haha. It really is hard just not having any idea when i'll go into labor, or IF i'll go into labor.  Please send some positive, labor inducing vibes my way. I want this little girl to get things going on her own. And i would really like to meet her before the 25th. I am so ready to hold her in my arms and kiss her and love her.
