Today I am 26 weeks pregnant! At the end of the week I will already be in my third trimester! I am getting so excited to meet this little girl. I have been trying to make things for her and am having so much fun doing that. Sometimes I will lay in bed at night feeling her move around and try to imagine what she'll look like... or what color hair she'll have, how big she'll be, if she will (hopefully) make her appearance on her own without my being induced this time. This is such a fun and exciting time. And I am so beyond excited to be a mommy to two awesome babies.
I've been trying to show Jackson pictures of boys and girls lately to see if he can figure out what it means to be having a baby sister, not just a baby. Maybe he'll get it by the time she gets here. Right now he just memorizes which picture is of a boy and which is a girl. But when i show him a new one he has no idea what i mean. lol. Thats ok. He's a brilliant little boy, but i may be asking a bit too much. Jackson really loves to look at the baby (aka: my tummy and bellbutt, which is better known as a belly button). Sometimes he gets mad when we're grocery shopping because i wont let him see the baby- haha. So when i was taking my belly shots this morning he wanted a picture with baby. His hand is on my tummy, but i couldnt get the camara angle right.
I love jackson so much, and sometimes I do wonder how it is possible that I am already so in love with this little girl. Its even harder to imagine that my love for her will just continue to grow. And here's one last pic of me and my baby boy.
