Cute things a big brother does

Jackson is such a good big brother. He loves Katie so so much and he shows it all the time. I just wanted to write some of my favoite things he does.

1) if i happen to set Katie in her car seat while i do something in the kitchen, which is usually on top of the freezer, Jackson will pull a chair over to climb up and look at her. And then he'll demand that i take her down so he can "talk to her".

2) Lately when i change jacksons diaper and katie is in the room Jackson will put out his arm and ask me to put katie there so he can lay with her. It makes diaper changes awkward, i do admit. But i think its cute that he cant be away from her for just as long as a diaper change.

3) The other day i had katie in her bouncy chair and ran upstairs to get something. While i was gone katie started crying so i headed back down stairs to find jackson holding katie soother in her mouth, bouncing her chair and asking " what wrong katie?". What a sweet boy and a huge help.

of course Jackson isnt constantly willing to help out, and doesnt adore his sister 100% of the time, but i have been so impressed with my little boy and how well he has adjusted to our sweet katie being in our home.
